Location 311/312 are for the partition account numbers, 311 is partition 1, 312 is partition 2. + Dialer options Location 350 is the comms format. It's looking for 2x 2-digit entries for phone number 1 and 2. Programme 04, 04 if using SIA or 03, 03 if using Contact ID. + Faults The trouble light will light up when there is a system fault present.

The keypads will also beep twice every 10 seconds until the fault has been acknowledged. To acknowledge the faults and view the trouble, press *, 2. An LCD keypad will show you the first fault on the system and you can scroll through to see if there are more.

Other keypads will show a certain number, or numbers, which represent different issues shown below.
